Washington, DC, February 3, 2017 — Arc Aspicio recently completed its annual Strategic Offsite in Baltimore, MD and announced further investment in their bold three-year strategy for 2016-2018. The recent Strategic Offsite reaffirmed the 2016-2018 strategic initiatives while adding an increased focus on strategy consulting and delivering innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.

 “Investing in the Arc Aspicio strategy is key to our incredible company growth and to providing our clients with innovative solutions,” says Barb White, Chief Strategy Officer for Arc Aspicio. “We are very excited to continue to push the boundaries of innovation and consulting through the execution of our five major strategic initiatives and the further development of our unique differentiators.”

 One of those unique differentiators is the Arc Aspicio Strategic Innovation Lab (SILab). The SILab is a knowledge hub that includes Arc Aspicio’s methods and accelerators, mission knowledge base, and provides access to the company’s strategy and mission experts. Arc Aspicio employees use the SILab to incubate and test new ideas, resulting in quality, innovative solutions for their clients. Arc Aspicio strategic leaders plan to continue to grow the successful SILab as part of their Design Thinking Strategic Initiative.
