We seek to identify each employee’s first consulting project, but expect them to have the skills and ambition to grow and lead across projects. We currently operate in a hybrid environment and require all employees to live in DC, VA, and MD within commuting distance of our client sites and DC office. Some projects require full-time on-site support, but we are flexible to allow remote work where the projects allow it.
