We take a holistic approach to assessing candidates who align with our Career Model and levels of responsibility. We seek to identify each employee’s first consulting project, but expect them to have the skills and ambition to grow and lead across projects. We actively evaluate qualified candidates for current and upcoming positions across all projects within the company.

We currently operate in a hybrid environment and require all employees to live in DC, VA, and MD within commuting distance of our client sites and DC office. Some projects require full-time on-site support, but we are flexible to allow remote work where the projects allow it.
