Our Career Model is flexible to match our employees' changing career goals, expectations, and interests.
Arc Aspicio actively invests significantly in developing our employees through peer groups, case studies, all hands meetings, collaboration opportunities, learning on projects, and a formal mentoring program. We provide many opportunities for learning consulting, leadership, management, and specialty skills through the ability to work on company initiatives, develop company capabilities, support new business, and participate in professional development and individualized, tailored peer groups which foster learning in a small group environment. Extensive opportunities to work with experienced senior leaders also provides unique opportunities to learn the consulting business, develop skills, and achieve fast growth.
Starting in 2010, Arc Aspicio invested in a career model with two tracks for company advancement. We update the model to reflect employee feedback.
Our flexible career model allows employees to progress in levels of responsibility and/or in the depth of their skills to service our clients. We find that flexible career options benefit the changing needs and interests of our employees and support long and successful careers at Arc Aspicio. There is flexibility to move across tracks as an individual’s career goals and interests change.
Our career model features two career tracks - Consulting and Specialty:
The Consulting Track focuses on overall consulting, leadership, and management skills, increasing levels of responsibility, and on company strategy and selling new business
The Specialty Track focuses on exceptional delivery and the development of deep skills and capabilities and thought leadership in an area of specialty
All employees contribute to the company beyond their day-to-day roles: on strategic and operational initiatives, professional development, and networking. Expectations around this contribution are tailored to the areas of focus and emphasis within each track.
To further support career growth and monitor changing interests, our employees are assigned an internal mentor from a project outside of their day-to-day management structure.
