Overview

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program for services. The program is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing determined at the task order level to achieve a total solution.

Rob O’Keefe, President of Arc Aspicio, brings more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering innovative solutions for the government and Fortune 500 corporations. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in large program risk and quality management. Rob currently leads Client Delivery for the company’s work at the Department of Homeland Security and on all contract vehicles.

Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Small Business Pool 2

The Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract is a Best-in-Class, multiple-award IDIQ that supports all Federal agencies. The General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) collaborated to create this vehicle. Arc Aspicio is a Pool 2 prime contractor on the HCaTS Small Business contract. Pool 2 includes Key Service Areas for human capital strategy and organizational performance improvement.
