The company successfully participated in the prestigious 2010 SPQA Discovery Program.
SPQA is the Commonwealth’s premier awards program for performance excellence. The Discovery Program is based on and serves as an introduction to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Performance Excellence, used by organizations worldwide as a framework for strategic performance improvement.
