Airport Security?
There's an App for That
Tired of getting to the airport hours early just to breeze through light security lines? Frustrated with randomly delayed flights? Not sure what you can and cannot bring on the airplane with you? Well, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) now has an "app" for you.
In the latest effort to minimize traveler frustration and facilitate travel through the country's airports, TSA developed a new application that flyers can download right to their mobile phones for access on the go. "My TSA" provides information that passengers frequently request from the agency, such as items allowed in carry-on baggage, ID requirements, liquid rules, tips for packing, and real-time status for U.S. airports from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
